Shelter

When the eyes are dazzled And the moon is eclipsed And the sun and the moon Are joined together When the sky is shattered And the stars are scattered On that difficult day you will say: To where can I run away? But there is no shelter Do you think you’ll be left alone? There is no shelter Except in the arms of your Lord In the arms of your Lord When the mountains are set moving And burning flames fill the seas And the earth is shaken violently And relates her hidden stories Nothing can help you, nothing can give you light Except your heart - a sound pure heart On that difficult day you will say: To where can I run away? But there is no shelter Do you think you’ll be left alone? There is no shelter Except in the arms of your Lord In the arms of your Lord In the arms of your Lord In the arms of your Lord In the arms of your Lord
